Our client is a leading European multinational in chemical industry with regional manufactory based in Shanghai and Guangzhou. Its products today include specialty polymers for personal care products, adhesives for the electronics and packaging markets and specialty products for domestic use and the construction industry. It has approximately 30,000 employees worldwide. Currently they are looking for Experienced Supply Chain Black Belt based in Guangzhou. The company will provide well above market pay.
Position：Black Belt, Supply Chain 欧洲著名化工公司
Responsibility:
- Listen to stakeholders' feedback to capture voice of internal and external customer for business improvements.
- Develop and execute black belt projects in supply chain operational area to drive business excellence.
- Communicate progress, status and issues to business leaders.
- Responsible for establishing and monitoring KPIs in related functions to ensure focuses on key business priorities.
- Drive sharing of best practices across the company.
- Coach trained employee finish Green Belt projects with Six Sigma methodology
Requirements:
- University Bachelor Degree graduate
- At least 5 years work experience
- Certified Black Belt in MNC company
- Ability to translate strategic directives into action plans
- Proficient in problem analytical and solving skills, like Six Sigma tools, activity based analysis, etc.
- Able to adapt quickly to challenging roles and responsibilities
- Proficient in English and Chinese
