JOB PURPOSE
Applies six-sigma methodology to optimize the company performance by defining and leading Commercial black belt projects such as sales, marketing BB projects, to improve external and internal customer satisfaction enhancement. The overall goal of the [Commercial] Black Belt Modern is to drive business excellence through out the company.
Six Sigma Black Belt Project
- Listen to stakeholders¡¯ feedback to capture voice of internal and external customer for business improvements.
- Develop and execute black belt projects in sales & marketing & SCM area to drive business excellence.
- Communicate progress, status and issues to business leaders
- Responsible for establishing and monitoring KPIs in related functions to ensure focuses on key business priorities.
- Drive sharing of best practices across the company
Green Belt Training and coaching
- Prepare Green Belt training materials
- Organize and conduct Green Belt training across PRC to improve employee competence
- Coach trained employee finish GB projects with Six Sigma methodology
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
- University Bachelor Degree graduate
- Certified Black Belt in MNC company
- Ability to translate strategic directives into action plans
- Proficient in problem analytical and solving skills, like Six Sigma tools, activity based analysis, etc.
- Passion for success and deliver to commitment
- Able to adapt quickly to challenging roles and responsibilities
- Excellent communication skills and outstanding presentation skills
- Strong team player and business change agent
- Proficient in English and Chinese

我大学毕业后做外贸采购两年了，但是公司外贸方面发展的不太好，我更多的是兼顾了行政方面的工作，现在想自己学习关于采购和供应链管理的知识。

我没注意到国内是否有针对个人的培训机构。在美国，一般是公司自己培训Six Sigma人员。是一些课程加上一两个应用项目。一个黑带的培训成本在一万美金左右。我的黑带培训是在读商学院时几个公司与学校联合进行的，目的是为这些公司培训人才。
有个问题想请教您.
我们学校的MBA项目设有运营管理方向以及供应链管理方向(偏物流).
此外也设有供应链的Graduate Certificate项目(18 hrs).
我现在的计划是想MBA with concentration in Operations,然后再加一张供应链的Graduate Certificate.因为很多共同课程,我只要再多修二门课即可.但有人告诉我,有了MBA degree, Graduate Certificate不管是在美国还是在国内都没有什么意义,浪费美金,不如考个证如CPIM什么的.我自己将来的就业意向是在运营管理或采购供应管理.您能否给些建议,谢谢!
从实用角度讲，考个C.P.M.或CPIM的证书更实用。这两个证书在美国采购、供应链、运营管理方面挺受重视，而且对提高实用知识确实有用。当然你得考4到5门课。
