在2009年全球年华上,美国供应管理协会(ISM)宣布跟ADR联合成立ISM-ADR School of Supply Management,进军培训领域。经过1年多的准备,他们在上海的办公室终于成立了。

ISM是全球供应管理领域的顶尖协会,ADR是资深的培训机构。强强联手,相信在中国市场能够取得长足发展。

我跟ISM的来往从读MBA时就开始,都快10年了;跟ADR的北美总裁Bill Michels也见过好几次。受他们的委托,我在帮他们招聘一位业务开发经理,负责开发中国业务。该职位在上海,直接汇报给美国,是该机构在华业务开发第一人。这个职位要求中英文娴熟,能够独当一面,有相当的发展前景。具体职责说明见后。

待遇视资质而定,底薪在3万到6万美金左右一年,销售提成大致可达底薪的50%到100%(底薪高则提成相对低,反之反是),整体报酬估计在5万到8万美金左右一年,可协商,得视具体资质而定。

ADR-ISM Services Business Development Manager

GENERAL SUMMARY

 Based in Shanghai, the incumbent reports to the Managing Director of ADR-ISM Services and is a highly responsible professional that is expected to make an immediate impact on our ability to analyze and develop new China business opportunities for ADR-ISM Services. The incumbent is responsible for identifying potential business opportunities in China, cultivating and managing those relationships, and finalizing common terms and conditions that will benefit the organization. This position will provide strategic guidance, leadership and tactical implementation for business growth initiatives in China. This individual's efforts will align with the strategic needs of the organization, drive future market growth and will expand brand recognition for our various supply management services offerings.


ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

The key roles and responsibilities of the position include, but are not limited to the following:

Develop business analyses related to the China market. Conduct market and competitor assessments, identify and evaluate potential business

Develop pipeline for business deals; determine structure and terms for business opportunities

Cultivate long-term business relationships; identify and secure profitable long-term engagements

Identify, pursue and develop relationships with corporations, associations, government agencies, military organizations, etc. that would that would benefit by our services

Ensure continuous maintenance of multiple level relationships within prospective in-country organizations to pursue new business growth opportunities.

Develop strong relationships via cold-calling, face-to-face interactions, phone outreach, and social networking

Qualify all business opportunities to ensure viability and value to the organization

Advocate short-term, long-term and strategic needs within the region.

 

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

Minimum requirement of a Bachelor's degree

Minimum requirement of 2 years progressive experience in Business Development and B2B related experience

Knowledge of supply management

Must have advanced interpersonal and communication skills, including the ability to develop and deliver presentations to senior management and top level executives

Strong qualitative and analytical skills. Ability to perform market analyses and evaluate results.

Must have a high level of proficiency of Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word and Power Point.

Must have the ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-cultural environment.

Substantial international experience

Exceptional problem solving and negotiating skills

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Ability to speak, read, and write in both Mandarin and English languages

Willingness to travel 50% of time.

刘老师推荐的几个岗位很好,对个人发展成长很好,都是,同时对个人要求也比较高。
制造业集中在珠三角和长三角,岗位要求也要在这些区域的城市,如:深圳、上海等。所以,有致力于供应链发展的,多往这两个区域的城市集中。
